Día 79 / Day 79

Hong Kong, 2 de Noviembre de 2010, mercado Chino.

Hoy decidimos separarnos con Krisztina, ella se fue a recorrer una isla y yo me quede sacando fotos en el barrio donde estamos alojados. Resulta que este lugar para mi es increíble pero para ella, y la entiendo, no es muy agradable, pero es mi nuevo proyecto en el cual estoy haciendo mis primeras experiencias. Aquí hay mercados de lo que se te ocurra por todas partes y es impresionante como la gente compra, peor que en un remate, y por supuesto las imágenes son impagables. Para que se den una idea en un día común de los pasados estuve sacando unos 3 a 4 rollos por día, hoy saque 20 y no saque mas porque se me termino la luz. Hoy fue un día de trabajo en el cual quede agotado al punto que me duele la cabeza de la cantidad de cosas que vi, es como que se me cansaron los ojos. Probablemente mañana repitamos la travesía de hoy pero para mí no es suficiente asi que tendré que volver a China con seguridad.


Hong Kong, November 2nd 2010, Chinese market.

We decided to do different things today, Krisztina went to walk in an island and I stayed taking pictures in the local neighborhood where we are located. This place is incredible to me but not to her, and I understand, it’s not so nice, but it’s my new project and I’m having my first experience on it. Here you can find markets of whatever everywhere and it’s really amazing how people buy, it’s like on the auctions, and of course the images are priceless. For example in the last days I was taking 3 to 4 rolls a day and I took 20 rolls today and I didn’t take more because the light was over. Today was a working day to me and I’m exhausted with a headache because I’ve seen so many things and my eyes were tired. We probably are going to do the same tomorrow but it’s not enough to me, so I have to come back to China, that’s for sure.
