Berlín, 5 de Septiembre de 2010, campo de concentración.
Hoy visitamos Sachsenhaus, actualmente un museo conmemorativo, anteriormente un campo de concentración. Es un lugar bastante grande y lleva horas recorrerlo, porque se dejaron las instalaciones originales para que cada persona que visita el lugar viva la historia donde ocurrió. Vimos desde dormitorios hasta el depósito de cadáveres, y si bien no hay signos que muestren hechos consumados, en algunos lugares se te pone la piel de gallina de pensar lo que ahí ocurrió. Hay objetos, ropa, y muchos dibujos que realizaron quienes estuvieron ahí, también documentos históricos. Es curioso entrar a un lugar donde históricamente no salías con vida y hoy entras solo a dar un paseo.

We visited Sachsenhaus today, it’s a memorial museum actually, in the past it was a concentration camp. This place is very big and takes hours to cross it, that’s because they left the original installations in order to visit exactly the right location were the history took place. We’ve seen from dormitories to the morgue, doesn’t matter you can’t see any sign of violence, with the idea of what happened there you have goose bumps at any time. There was common things, clothes, and many drawings made by people from those days, also historic documents. It’s curious to get in a place like this where usually you can’t go out with life and today you can come in just to walk.
