Hoy visite el crucero Avrora, fue participe entre otras cosas de la segunda guerra mundial, hoy es un museo. El barco fue construido en el año 1900, tiene 126,8 metros de largo, 42 cañones de diferentes tamaños y antiguamente una tripulación de 570 personas. Es un símbolo de la revolución bolchevique y dicen que en 1917 disparo contra el palacio de invierno de Petrogrado, actual San Petersburgo, pero no está confirmado y hay varias versiones al respecto. Cuando baje a la cubierta inferior me sentí en la película “La caza del Octubre rojo”, lo único que faltaba era Sean Connery.

I visited the Avrora cruiser today, it was part of the world war 2, among other things, now is a museum. The ship was built in 1900, has a long of 126,8 meters, 42 canons with different sizes and it used to have a crew of 570 persons. It’s a symbol of the Bolshevik revolution and they said in 1917 it shot against the winter palace of Petrograd, now St. Petersburg, but is unconfirmed and there are many version about this subject. In the moment I went down to the lower deck I felt in the movie “The hunt for red October”, the only missing thing was Sean Connery.
