Día 49 / Day 49

Kungur, 3 de Octubre de 2010, caverna de hielo.

Hemos dejado oficialmente Europa atras y estamos en Asia. Hoy nos salimos un poco del trayecto para visitar esta caverna que está situada en un lugar más pequeño que un pueblito, asi que fue tan interesante dentro como fuera de la caverna. Por supuesto la explicación fue en Ruso, y digamos que lo único que logre entender fue que ahí adentro hacia mucho frio todo el año, fue como un paseo por un gran freezer lleno de piedras. Es una de las cavernas más grandes del mundo que se pueden visitar y la única en Rusia. Dentro de la misma es un gran laberinto donde si te perdes te podes llegar a congelar hasta que te vengan a buscar porque a medida que avanza el grupo se van apagando las luces, asi que no te podes quedar atrás.


Kungur, October 3rd 2010, ice cave.

We left Europe behind and we are officially in Asia. We take off from the plan a little bit just to visit this cave, it’s located in a very little town, so was interesting to see inside and outside the cave. Of course the explanation was in Russian language , I couldn’t understand everything but I what I understood was that in there is very cold the whole year, it was like a walk in a big fridge full of stones. The ice cave is one of the biggest caves in the world and the only in Russia cave purposely equipped for excursions. Inside the cave there is a big labyrinth where is easy to be lost and if that happen you can be frozen until they could find you because meanwhile the group is forward they turn off the lights, so better to don’t be behind.
