Hoy visitamos Listvyanka que esta a 60km de Irkutsk y a orillas del lago Baikal. Es un pequeño pueblito con un clima bastante cálido, y me refiero a la gente y no al clima propiamente dicho porque de hecho había mucho viento y frio. Aca en Siberia una de las religiones más antiguas es el Shamanismo o mejor dicho un culto, en las tribus nómades había un Shaman que era una persona que supuestamente tenía el poder de modificar la realidad, hablar con espíritus, predecir el futuro e incluso sanar a la gente con la utilización de hierbas, raíces y demás vegetales. El Shaman era la persona de la tribu que centralizaba toda la sabiduría y tenía el mismo aspecto que este muñeco en la foto, incluso toca el tambor como parte de sus rituales, y según nos contaron todavía se pueden encontrar algunos en el norte de Siberia. Me hubiese encantado comprarme este muñeco pero no tengo donde ponerlo en mi valija, por ahí me lo mandan por Fedex, que dicen?

We visited Listvyanka today, this place is located in the coast of lake Baikal and 60km from Irkutsk. This is a small village with a very cozy atmosphere and I mean about the people and not the weather because was very windy and cold. Here in Siberia one of the most oldest religions or cult is the Shamanism, en every nomad tribe there was a Shaman who was the person with powers to modify the reality, speak to the spirits, know the future and even heal to people with herbs, roots and others vegetables. The Shaman was the person in charge to centralize the wisdom of the tribe and with the same aspect to this puppet in the picture, even they used the drum as part their rituals and they told us that is possible to see Shamans in the north of Siberia. I would like to buy this puppet but I don’t have enough space in my bag, maybe they can send this puppet through Fedex, what do you think?
